Returns and Exchanges


Customer satisfaction is our priority therefore items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase along with all supporting documents upon delivery.

All returns or exchange items must be in its original condition.

We advise you contact our Customer Service Representative at before shipping return items.

Items must be returned via the carrier service it was delivered with (TTPOST, DHL or FedEx) in the original package.

If customers, choose to use an alternative carrier service any cost upon delivery will be invoice to the customer.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to our Customer Service Representative at and the carrier service providers immediately, upon receipt of delivery.

To expedite exchanging for a different product, we recommend returning the item first then placing new order within 2 weeks.

Items that will NOT be exchanged or refunded under no circumstances are; custom-made special orders, items at a special price and engraved items. These are final sale products and therefore not refundable.
